400 metres from the city centre, it allows you to easily go to the city on foot, with food shops 5 minutes away, cheese shop, good bakery, butcher, chocolate maker, wine merchant... For the lake, it takes more than 20 minutes on foot and 5 to 10 minutes by car.
Travellers who have already visited find it quiet, comfortable and pretty, with a large table to share meals and a fibre connected TV for fluid screen moments. Netflix is available.
The street is almost pedestrian (private road).
