"Always have Bosnian marks. I was practically called a liar as the 2x I used the cab services I ensured I stated before hand clarification on if they accept credit card. They ordered me a cab. The cab didnt accept so I ended up paying more in euros. The manager than asked me while I was dealing with the cabbie what the situation was. The lady vehemently denied stating the cab service accepted money and the manager practically thought I was lying. It really and truly only inconvenienced me and immediately made me think this staff is shady. They would act like giving you a water was a big deal. I would never recommend this hotel. "

"Room was faultless, bathroom was amazing, staff (cleaning and reception) extremely friendly and helpful, hotel is close to the city centre so always a good walk in - a very enjoyable stay, can’t wait to come again! Very helpful that the hotel has a ‘market’ where you can pick up some drinks and snacks and charge to the room, in case everything else is shut. Thank you :-) "

"From start to finish this hotel has what's most important......amazing staff. They booked our taxi from the airport, sent me ideas of places to visit during our stay, walked us up to our rooms on the 3rd floor and introduced me to Bosnian coffee at breakfast. Yes some guests will say the rooms need a little maintenance doing, but in the grand scheme of things it had everything you needed for a great stay. The hotel is less than a 5mins walk from Sacred Heart Cathedral in the middle of the Old Town."
