The property is very close to the old town city center and main highlights, bridge, and market. Bedroom we occupied was for 3 people and it was fine. The breakfast spread was great.

Not sure how this property is classified as a hotel.
Small and dirty rooms, under construction, very noisy. Basic thinhs are not provided. Soaps boxes were empty, filled in with some paper. Horible breakfast, everything was from a day before. Water Jana is not Jana. They fill Jana's bottles with the tap water.This place needs some deep cleaning and renovation.

For the price, definitely not worth it.
The staff are friendly but the rooms are very damp. The blankets and pillows are slightly damp, which was horrible for my asthma. The tv takes about 10 minutes to turn on. The bathroom toilet is broken and the shower needs a decent cleaning. We didn’t want workers in our room so we didn’t ask for it to be fixed. It should not have been that way to begin with. In addition, the hotel is adding on, so constructing started at 7am daily. This is not how I like to spend my vacation.

Modern aber ungepflegt
Beim Checkin warteten wir ca. 20-30 Minuten auf eine Besetzung der Rezeption. Das Personal war freundlich. Auf den ersten Blick sehr modern und ansprechend, doch beim genaueren Hinschauen leider unsauber und ungepflegt. Spinnen in den Gängen und im Zimmer, das Zimmer und besonders das Bad waren schmutzig. Parkplätze sind beschränkt vorhanden. Würde nicht wieder kommen.

Hotel was nice anf on a good location. They advertise free on site parking which was the only reason I picked that hotel but I ended up parking half a mile away at a price of 12 euros per day and had to drag all of my laguage. Apparently they only have few spots at the hotel and you have to reserve one in advance. That would be fine if it was advertised in a description.Hotel refused to compensate me for the parking charges. Room was clean but toilet seat was completely broken off and ac unit was making loud noise that kept waking us up. I would not stay there again

Nice, newish and well-kept hotel, really clean. Professional room design and equipment. Staff very nice and helpful. This is important because parking is very, very tight - let the staff handle it! No complaints and pleasantly surprised with regard to room quality.

Friendly and warm
The hotel proprietor is a very friendly and helpful person. We were welcomed warmly, had a lovely and tastefully decorated room, got great suggestions for sites to see and where to find good food, and as a result, we had a lovely time. I highly recommend Boutique Hotel Platinum.

Great little hotel where everything is comfortable for the guest and his or her comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is in a great location, within walking distance of all sights. The staff is exceptional and the staff make this hotel stand out from the rest.

Small comfortable hotel in a great location
This is a nice hotel with excellent staff - very very helpful and caring of their guests! The rooms are on the small side and probably perfect for a single traveler or a couple (we were three with three large suitcases, so things were cramped). The location is great - just across the river from the old town with some small shops and restaurants located nearby, and many more within a 5 minute walk.
