VILLA CHIETENO with Pool, Air Con, Wifi - Cetona (Siena)

"Chieteno" is a beautiful Tuscan farmhouse located 4 km from Cetona, perched on a hill, surrounded by woods, and offering enchanting views of the Tuscan countryside. The property spans two levels and features a distinctive turret accessible via an internal staircase; it is surrounded by a large park with a swimming pool. Inside, it has been carefully renovated to preserve its original character, with ceilings featuring exposed beams and terracotta floors. The furnishings are both functional and elegant.
The farmhouse, having originally been divided into apartments, offers its guests several pleasant living rooms with fireplaces for a more “private” relaxation experience, as well as practical, fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, and a large, distinctive living-dining room of approximately 80 square metres, featuring a grand fireplace and an adjacent fully equipped kitchen.
At the entrance to the large living room is a porch furnished with tables and chairs, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. Casale Chieteno is an ideal property for groups who wish to share a holiday while still maintaining their privacy.

The farmhouse covers an area of approximately 500 square metres and is spread over two levels, featuring a distinctive turret accessible via an internal staircase. It is divided into six apartments, accommodating up to 20 people, with 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. Up to 6 additional beds can be added.

Upon request, we organise traditional lunches and dinners, cooking classes, weddings, and various types of events, as well as sightseeing and food-and-wine tours, etc.

When renting the entire property, guests will have exclusive use of the villa, the grounds, and the pool.

From May through September, the farmhouse is typically rented as a whole; during other months, and subject to availability, individual apartments are also available for rent.

THE FARMHOUSE: INTERIOR LAYOUT
The ground floor features a spacious living room (approximately 60 square metres) with a fireplace, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms featuring showers, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Also on the ground floor, with a separate entrance from the outside, is a large room of over 80 square metres that can be used for dinners, lunches, and breakfasts; this room leads to a fully equipped semi-professional kitchen and two bathrooms.
An exterior staircase leads to the ground floor, where there are four double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all served by four bathrooms (one with a bathtub and four with showers), as well as several living-dining areas with fireplaces.
A spiral staircase leads to the top floor of the turret, where you can enjoy a splendid view and where there is another double bedroom, also with a private bathroom featuring a shower.
All rooms can be converted into single or double rooms as needed, and it is possible to add a few sofa beds and extra beds for a maximum of 6 guests.

The Chieteno farmhouse spans two floors and is divided into six independent apartments.

Ground Floor
Archi Apartment – 140 square metres (sleeps 6): large living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and one bathroom with a bathtub.
Chieteno 1 Apartment – 40 sq m (sleeps 2): living area with kitchenette and fireplace; sleeping area with a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. This apartment can be connected to the Archi apartment.

First Floor
Torretta Apartment - 90 sq m (sleeps 4): living room with fireplace, dining area with kitchen, one master bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. In Torretta (on the upper floor): one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower.
Chieteno 2 Apartment – 40 sq m (sleeps 2): living room with fireplace and kitchenette, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower.
Panorama Apartment – 110 square metres (sleeps 4): living room with fireplace, dining area with kitchen, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom, and one bathroom with bathtub.
Chieteno 3 Apartment – 40 square metres (sleeps 2): living room with fireplace and kitchenette, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower.
