"Cafetería services were awful and staff isn’t profesional. For the cost of services the complemtary coffee wasn’t at sure. Food was awful and got charged for a omelette that had nothing but just eggs. When we ask the attendant he said they forgot to mention there was no trimmings to make the omelet. I would not recommend the kitchen service at all. Cleaning lady was 5starr on her service. And si was the front desk. Kitchen not even a 1star. Sorry just being honest. "

"This hotel is outdated and needs a good renovation. Water from the shower was all over the room bathroom (Even with the door closed), drain was half blocked so a pool on the shower was created. Floors were full of scratches and trims were all broken or damaged. Bed was OK They provide a bare minimum of bathroom amenities (be prepared to bring your own stuff) Hotel is well located but seems like they dont care about guests complaints."

"AC malfunction, handle on toilet didn't work, was beoken. Had to take 2 elevators to get into the room. Won't be staying here anymore:("

"My husband and I like this hotel a lot. We usually stay here during the weekend. This occasion, we got a superior room on the third floor. The water during my shower could never be regulated. We usually have a nice warm shower, but this stay, the water kept on changing from hot to cold then back to hot again which made it almost impossible to get a shower."
