"What an amazing resort. All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The concierge was able to assist with rides to destinations and back. The property is super clean, breakfast buffet is quite the spread. Overall one of if not the best places we have stayed period."

"Lovely hotel. However, we did not get the rooms that we booked. We booked a Family room with a balcony and views, and a Superior Triple Room. When we arrived, there were apparently no more Family Rooms with balconies available, so our rooms were switched. Our kids in the Superior Triple Room got the balcony and views, while we did not. They need a better booking system."
