"The hotel is new and has spacious, comfortable rooms, good pillows, and is super clean, service was provided daily. The management and the hotel were excellent; we felt right at home, one block from the central city. "

"While the property is nice it has seen better days. The gardens were nice. The pool is lovely and the rooms are clean. The amenities were old like the warped pool tables. There wasn’t much interior seating in the social areas to sit at on rainy days except for the restaurant. The few staff that worked there were friendly and they work hard. Dinning is very limited - it’s the same menu at the outdoor bar as the dining room. Consider that this property is outside the main district so you do have to call for moto taxi or car if you’re bored and want to get some entertainment. "

"What a gem this place is! Far enough away from the city to feel secluded, yet close enough to easily access the town of Tarapoto. The staff was friendly and eager to help and the grounds were beautiful. Thank you, German for all your help."
