"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Lyon. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful throughout my stay. "We arrived as a couple, staying for 3 nights in July. Parking is available across the road in a public indoor car park. The service at reception was very helpful, showing us to our top floor room on the 5th floor and explaining the procedure with paying for our parking. The temperature was 31 degrees but the room was air conditioned. The facilities were very nice. Buffet breakfast was enjoyable and the member of staff ensured food was replenished. The hotel was situated within a 25 minute walk from the old town, but had plenty of nice restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. Overall a very enjoyable stay. "

"The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were cosy and very clean. Lovely walk in shower. The TV only has french channels but you can log into YouTube and watch you favourite. Breakfast was lovely and starts from 6am-10am. Everyone was so lovely in this hotel and the area was lovely too. Thank you to the staff for making us feel at home for 5 days 🙏😁"

"Room was clean and staff were very friendly. The location was perfect to get around and explore the city. The only thing I would say is it would be nice for enough tea and coffee in the room for 2 people. Breakfast was filling and great for the price. "
