"Hotel muito bom, quartos limpos e otimo café da manhã."

"O quarto nao apresentava lençois muito limpos, a cama do quarto possui um buraco no meio, ja que é feita da uniao de 2 camas menores. Wifi muito lento, tv antiga, sem acesso a apps de streamings. Os elevadores são muito antigos, e um deles travou quando solicitamos. O café estava bom, a localização é boa e o quarto é espaçoso. Sao os pontos positivos."

"assignment of meals to room account was problematic for some reason and i unfortunately felt intimidated by staff."

"Extremely basic room with a bed, tv, chair and a bathroom. Towels were provided but they’re rough! Breakfast buffet was lackluster. I wanted to drink a cup of herbal tea before bed but it was impossible to get any at the hotel. The restaurant at the lobby didn’t even want to provide me with a spoon when my food delivery didn’t arrive with one. I would not stay here again. "
