The house on the same property was vacant and had garbage and lumber in the front yard. The neighborhood was in the same state of disrepair. "I had booked this place for 2 days, it was a valentines getaway from my fiancé.. we'll check in we walked in and I instantly heard yelling from across the hall, cussing, kids screaming etc.. I smelled a nasty moldy smell instantly.. Being someone with severe asthma I instantly started to sneeze, runny nose, watery eyes etc... we walked back to the pool area and it was by far the nastiest pool I've ever seen!! "Terrible. 91 degrees inside the house. Poor management. No response from the host. I would highly recommend Nothing about this house but to save yourself from Hell and Robbery. Our Family of 16 regret staying here and are in the process of seeking refund right now! They even had the nerve to ask me could I fix it???????????"

"Location to property is excellent if you’re planning to go to Busch gardens or that area. House is okay for a short stay. However, place needs a bit more cleaning. Towels were wore down and smelled! Only 1 tv in the whole place. "
