"Chose the hotel as it was close to the Mumbai airport we had a very early am flight to catch The room was ok, lobby very nice, bright, clean what made this location exceptional was the staff, one of the most attentive I have encountered in a large national chain Had dinner in the lobby restaurant last night which was very nice, the servers brought us a slice of cake inscribed with “ come back soon”. So nice. "

"Toilets in club lounge were not clean and cleanliness across hotel need to improve. Most staff were friendly but attention to detail was lacking. "

"I stayed at the Taj with my extended family in 3 rooms for 3 nights. We were very satisfied with our stay from the check-in to checkout. The staff were very courteous and always looking to make our stay pleasant. The rooms are well lighted and very well furnished and housekeeping was great as expected. The breakfast had tons of Indian and western options and very good service to deliver an exceptional experience. The location of this hotel is not close to central Mumbai but we were aware of this at booking so this really wasn't a big deal for us. Overall we are very happy with our stay. "
