"When we first arrived my son and husband couldn’t believe that I booked this “hotel” but I thought the place was fun and cute. My husband was worried about safety being it was more of a Motel style place. The property is clean, nice and the decor is fun! If it had been warm we would have utilized the outdoor games! The room was clean and smelled good. My only complaint would be the bed, it was FIRM! Zero bounce! Not comfy at all. But it made for a nice fun stay for the night! Staff was friendly! "

"Only booked this for indoor pool/spa had our daughter with us …spa had green mold on floor and stairs did not turn on lukewarm water …pool was not clean either Shower had visible mold around entire caulk line shower curtain was filthy ..no beverages available cooler was out of order "

"in general the hotel looks dirty, carpets and doors with dust, cafeteria was terrible, cold coffee and tasted so bad, there's no options, just cold eggs and sausage, they put ambience music, and is so loud that you can't sleep at night, they charged me twice the deposit per night, and they don't know why, and they can't give me a printed receipt because they don't have a printer"
