"Always like staying here during State Music Festival. Rooms have been renovated and are very clean and updated. The birds dont know when night time is so they keep waking me up. Had a great stay overall!"

"A cleaning staff went into my drawers and arranged my personal things. Was charged for a refill of coffee at breakfast. Rooms are dark if you want to work but good for sleep. Rooftop is lovely. Location is great. "

"Overall it was adequate. The rooms were small and somewhat dirty, especially under the bed. Nothing was done with care, i.e towel just kind of laid on racks, beds just thrown together. Not done with presentation in mind. Hot water and water pressure was fantastic. May not sound like much, but I took notice. Definitely is aging and needs updated. Pool was great! Hot tub was good and hot but jets were not very strong and the paint was chipping off. Breakfast was mid, but free so I'll take it. Could hear a lot of noise from other rooms, especially above rooms. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I would have expected better for $104 per night. Probably will not return."

"Room was dated and poorly maintained. Sink was damaged/chipped. Shower water kept going from icy hot to cold. Did not meet my expectations as this is supposed to be a highly desirable resort!"

"Our stay was great. Our room was fine. Our problem was that no matter what we changed the thermostat to we were still cold. Even changing the setting to HEAT did not change the air blowing out of the vents!!!"

"This is a nice hotel and with a few improvements, could be much better. The pool is closed, which didn’t matter to us but might to some. Breakfast was great! Rooms were clean. Garbages were full everywhere on property, which was annoying. We had to ask staff to empty them."
