"I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. They made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and inviting, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. "Trying to park at the hotel was challenging, however once we found the parking garage across the street we were good. We had an amazing view on the 63rd floor. My only complaint was the shower smelled like mildew and the lack of hooks for towels to hang... Staff was great"
