"It’s definitely an older slightly run down motel more than hotel. The carpet thought was dingy and musty smelling. Our room smelled slightly of urine. Calling them Suites is an elaboration. It was 2 conjoined rooms with a small 4’ counter & mini fridge. It was fine for our overnight before our cruise but I wouldn’t not stay more than 1 night"

"Mike and the lady who runs the breakfast are off the charts friendly kind and courteous. Been staying there for years every time I travel to Vero from Tampa whether I go fishing or even the do the Vero homeshow. Nicholas who runs the front desk is always on point and gets the job done with never ever any issues. 10/10 every time "

"The sliding glass door in our room was too foggy to see through and needs to be replaced. The fan in the bathroom barely worked. Room was clean, just needs a little updating. There was no on sight restauraunt, and parking was very limited. The staff was fantastic. Very polite and helpful."

"We stayed at the Best Western Cocoa Beach Hotel for one night and while the location was very convenient and close to the beach, the hotel itself was disappointing for the price. At around $300 per night, I expected a much nicer and better-maintained property. The hotel felt more like an older roadside motel than a typical Best Western hotel. The overall structure and appearance were outdated and not what I was expecting. The breakfast selection was okay, with enough options to get by, but nothing special. One of the biggest issues was cleanliness. The bathrooms did not appear to be properly cleaned, which made the stay feel uncomfortable. The location is definitely the best part of this hotel, but overall, I would not stay here again because I do not think it was worth the price."
