"We stayed one week at the Riu Palace with family and friends and overall had a great experience. I shared a swim-up pool room with my girlfriend, and the biggest standout was the cleanliness. This was honestly one of the cleanest resorts I’ve ever stayed at 5/5. Staff constantly cleaned. The food was another huge highlight. I’m normally not a buffet person, but the buffet here was excellent — some of the best resort food I’ve had. Family and friends enjoyed the specialty restaurants too. Food gets another 5/5. The value for the money was definitely worth it, especially with access to the Santa Fe and Baja California resorts. Customer service 3.8/5 was mostly good, but communication could sometimes be difficult because limited staff spoke enough English to assist with questions. The resort is also very large, and the maps could definitely be improved because elevators and floors were confusing at first. The biggest downside was the Wi-Fi. It was unreliable throughout the Palace resort, making remote work nearly impossible and draining phone batteries. As for entertainment, the resort becomes very quiet at night. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, but my girlfriend wished there were more adult-oriented evening activities. Many late-night shows focused on children’s entertainment, while themed parties were geared toward a younger crowd. Overall, I would absolutely return for the amazing food, cleanliness, relaxing atmosphere, and overall value. "

"We had the time of our lives and made the most of this all-fun inclusive vacation. Staff were amazing, food delicious, parks as fun as can be and the hotel was just paradise. Loved our room and all that we got with it. Would totall recommend and cannot wait to come back. Asi se siente Mexico en la piel!"

"First time at an all-inclusive. The pools were great and so were the staff. Great drinks and the beach was well maintained. They come by occasionally and remove the sargassum. Food was just alright, but about what I expected from an all-inclusive. Would stay here again!"

"Despite an overall positive experience, it was disappointing to see the resort’s full potential overshadowed by the behavior of a group of intoxicated guests. Their loud noise, offensive language, and unruly conduct made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the stay. This becomes even more important when traveling as a family, where you hope for a safe, peaceful, and welcoming environment for everyone. It was unfortunate because the resort has so much to offer, but that atmosphere took away from what should have been a truly enjoyable family experience."
