"The overall experience wasn’t bad at all. I was a little disappointed with the food quality at certain restaurants and the alcohol selection was very bottom shelf. Staff were friendly and helpful but I would not recommend if you’re expecting a more luxury feel. The resort needs some maintenance and needs some renovating. Rooms were nice."

"Bonjour , moi et ma fille de 18 ans avons passer une très belle semaine à l’hôtel . Le service était excellent. La nourriture, nous en avons eu pour tous les goûts et en très grande quantité. Pour ceux qui son plus difficile, vous trouverez certainement quelque chose à votre goût . Le seul point négatif, mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel , c’est la présence d’algue sur la plage car c’est la saison pour ça . Pour ma part , ça ne m’a pas empêché de passer du temps dans l’eau et sur la plage. Je le recommande fortement . Le personnel toujours très gentil, souriant et très courtois."

"Complete dream….. check in a little tedious. That is our only feedback from a seven night stay. You don’t want to hear a presentation? Say no thank you and they don’t push. Property is so gorgeous at times you can’t believe your eyes. Architectural geniuses created this place perfectly nestled in the jungles with natural rivers and xenotes. Food is amazing, rooms were perfect. Monkeys, iguanas and Mexican badgers all around! Just a dream! Go and enjoy! Try Chi for breakfast! Xavier is an amazing waiter and Alejandro a great supervisor! We would go again in a heartbeat!"
