"Had nothing but problems the entire stay but the staff wad good"

"The check-in line was 50 people deep with no concern about getting anybody through any faster. The first room they gave us had not been cleaned. The second room they gave us the lock wouldn't work so we couldn't even get in. The third room was decent. Overall the hotel needs a major finishes upgrade. And the $67 parking was ridiculous."

"The only thing that was great was food servers even though the food was cold both time. No fault of the servers. My sister and I traveled to attend a concert for only one night and that one night was horrible. When we arrived in the room it smelled like the men’s bathroom (urine). Sent a message to staff to get this resolved no one showed up. Spoke to a customer service representative at the desk and the only thing that was offered was free breakfast 🙄 that was cold. They wanted us to move in the night because housekeeping was not available. "

"this is a older, motel style property. i’m sure it will someday get a sleek renovation. Meanwhile it has WONDERFUL staff and a great location right by Emory hospital and main clinic. And easy shuttle access to other Emory facilities."
