    4-room apartment on the raised ground floor, 80m². Entrance with wardrobe. Living/dining room with fireplace. South-facing balcony with mountain view. Separate kitchen with oven, fridge, Chicco d'Oro coffee machine and dishwasher. Bedroom with two single beds. One bedroom with one double bed. Office space. Shower/WC/lavabo. Bath/toilet/sink. TV, radio and internet. First-class and modern furnishings. Wooden floors in the bedrooms and living room. The flat also has a private garage box (entrance max. 2.2m wide, 1.9m high) for one vehicle. Skis and ski boots can be stored in the ski room or in the garage. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

    The apartment was extensively renovated and refurnished for the last time in spring 2021.
    The two bathrooms were completely renovated in autumn 2023.

    HOUSE DESCRIPTION

    The Chesa Lavinas was built in 1970. The Saluver mountain railway can be reached in 15 minutes by foot. Shopping facilities and restaurants are about 200-300m away. Post office and railway station are about 5 minutes walk away.

Wir sind wieder mit dem Zug angereist und sind sehr dankbar, dass wir den Schlüssel, wie schon in den Jahren zuvor, beim Bahnhof in Celerina im Tourist-Office schon um 14 Uhr abholen konnten. Vielen Dank. Diese Wohnung ist einfach genial. Super schön ausgestattet, ruhig, sonnig. Eine ganz kleine Bemerkung (meckern auf hohem Niveau ;-) ) in der Sofaecke ist das Licht, wenn man abends lesen möchte, etwas schwach. Könnte man ev. stärkere Leuchtmittel in die Lampen anbringen?

Da die Wohnung vor unseren Aufenthalt frei war, durften wir die Schlüssel am Samstag schon ab 09.00h übernehmen. Danke für das tolle Entgegenkommen, dies hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, man findet alles was man braucht. Vielleicht eine noch etwas grössere Salatschüssel wäre nicht schlecht, wenn man für 4 - 6 Personen kocht.

Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Neue, sehr schöne Küche und Bäder, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit sehr großzügigen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Agentur ist super erreichbar und hat die Schlüsselübergabe mit allen Informationen perfekt organisiert.

Einzig wurde uns nur ein Schlüssel übergeben. Jedoch konnten wir problemlos eine neuen zweiten Wohnungsschlüssel abholen. .
