"The room was fine but outdated and you couldn't adjust the heat to air conditioning yourself; someone had to come up and handle that for you. It happened to be extremely warm out last week when we stayed there. The Staff were pleasant."

"The hotel was recently renovated and the suites are spacious and well appointed. However, the utility systems are terribly lacking. Over the course of a week I had to change rooms twice since the AC was broken in the first two rooms I stayed in. Three of my coworkers had the same problem and one finally settled for a room with AC but no hot water. There were also roof leaks all over the property. The bar and restaurant were overpriced and bar staff was highly unprofessional. Breakfast cost $26/day but the quality matched that of a continental buffet. I would not recommend this as a hotel on par with high standard Hilton hotels."

"You should consider removing this property from your roster. We checked in and right out! It was FILTHY, dated, dark and smelled like cigarettes. We did not stay and the agent actually cancelled our reservation."

"I was very unpleased by this stay. The receptionist was so rude and cold which made it feel so unwelcoming. She charged me $5 to park my vehicle which I’ve never even heard of considering their lot was next to a closed down restaurant and was empty. Our room was so dirty- mold on the bathroom walls and floors. The shower definitely wasn’t clean. My friend’s room had someone else’s vibrator on the floor when they entered. The staff thought giving Gatorade and snacks was sufficient to clear up that incident which it most certainly was not considering children were there and exposed. Very upsetting for how much I spent."
