Bella Italia - Ferien wie bei den Großeltern

Das Ferienhaus fühlt sich an wie "Ferien bei Oma & Opa" im besten Sinne. Das Ferienhaus ist urgemütlich und typisch "Bella Italia". In diesem bezaubernden Ferienhaus mit einem tollen großen Gründstück lassen sich die schönsten Tage des Jahres ganz prima verbringen. Der Pool wird täglich kontrolliert und bei Bedarf gereinigt. Die Eigentümer kümmern sich mit viel Liebe zum Detail persönlich um Haus und Grundstück. Unsere Hündin hat es sehr genossen über das Grundstück zu streifen.

Empfehlenswert, aber...

Schöne und gepflegte Außenanlage entschädigt für teilw. reinigungsbedürftigen Zustand im Haus. Hausverwalterpaar ist nach unserem Eindruck etwas überfordert mit grundlegenden Reinigungsarbeiten zwischen den Nutzern, wenn nur wenige Stunden dazwischen liegen. Wir mussten erstmal selbst Küchenzeile, diverse Gerätschaften und Outdoor-Küche gebrauchsfertig machen, bevor der Urlaub beginnen konnte. Deutsche Gründlichkeit eben... Dennoch ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer herrlichen Gegend!

Kein Luxushaus, aber extrem gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr freundliche Eigentümer, die sich liebevoll um alles und die Gäste kümmern. Allerdings ohne Italienischkenntnisse schwierig. Die SAT-Anlage könnte erneuert werden, da sie bei Regen nicht funktioniert.

zum zweiten Mal wieder sehr schön

wie schon beim ersten Mal, war alles wieder perfekt. Der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Natürlich sind die zwei Hähne noch immer da, aber ganz ehrlich, gehört haben wir sie gleich nicht mehr. Der Pool war wieder super. Sauber und gepflegt. Ein ganz großer Vorteil ist und bleibt, das großes, umzäunte Grundstück in dem unser Hund ewig viel Spaß hatte.

Vacanza Toscana perfetta

Una bellissima e accogliente casa, finemente arredata con splendidi mobili in legno massello. Fantastico pranzare e cenare all’aperto sotto il portico grande e ben attrezzato. Abbiamo adorato il giardino molto grande dove il nostro bimbo ha potuto correre e giocare in sicurezza, la piscina perfetta e la doccia all’esterno davvero comodissima e godibile anche grazie alla privacy totale. I proprietari sono adorabili, gentilissimi e discreti; da comprare il loro olio extra vergine super buono!

Das sehr gepflegte Ferienhaus ...

Das sehr gepflegte Ferienhaus liegt an einer belebten Hauptstraße mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse. Der Garten ist wunderschön uneinsehbar und Top gepflegt. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Die sehr freundlichen Besitzer kommen jeden Tag zwischen 8.00 und 9.30 Uhr um den Pool zu reinigen und die Blumen zu gießen. Somit ist die Privatsphäre sehr eingeschränkt. Die Sauberkeit fordert eben ihren Tribut.Der Wohnraum ist sehr beengt. Es gibt einen Zweisitzer mit Fernseher gegenüber, was für mehr als zwei Leute ein Problem darstellen könnte.Hervorzuheben ist die Außenküche mit Essplatz, die wir fast ausschließlich genutzt haben.Bitte nehmen sie genügend Mückenspray und Ohropax mit, denn ab 2.30 Uhr liefern sich zwei Hähne in der Nachbarschaft über mehrere Stunden einen kräh Wettbewerb, was schlafen fast unmöglich werden lässt. Für Hundebesitzer besteht keine Möglichkeit vom Grundstück aus spazieren zu gehen, außer man geht auf der stark befahrenen Straße direkt vor der Einfahrt. Es gibt leider hinten keine Möglichkeit das Grundstück zu verlassen. Also zum Gassi gehen Fahren. Reisetipps: Zum Strand sind es ca. 4 km mit dem Auto durch die Innenstadt. Zu Fuß gibt es leider keine Abkürzung wegen der Bahngleise und etlichen gesperrten Privatwegen. Am Meer gibt es einen Pinienwald, der sich bei Hitze mit Hund als Segen erweist. Dort kann man auch Radtouren unternehmen.

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Erholen.Die Vermieter sind jeden Vormittag kurz vor Ort um dem Pool zu pflegen und nach den Blumen zu schauen, was uns nicht störte. Im Gegenteil, die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und geben gerne auch Tipps. Sauberes und gepflegtes Objekt. Bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind nicht zu weich. Wir alle konnten richtig gut schlafen.Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.
