Silenzio, col mare a un passo

Abbiamo fatto una vacanza di 15 giorni in 3 adulti over 60, a cavallo tra agosto e settembre. Della casa di Giacomo abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la posizione, in una via tranquilla, con la pineta centrale davanti e il mare subito lì. Un posto silenzioso e molto comodo, in 3 minuti si arriva alla spiaggia più vicina a piedi e entro 20 minuti si raggiungono tutte quelle sul lungomare (molto lungo, in effetti). Spiagge attrezzate e anche libere, con baretti e luoghi dove mangiare, quando non si ha voglia di prendere la macchina e raggiungere i Tomboli, San Vincenzo e le tante mete vicine (vale la pena spostarsi, noi lo facevamo spesso). Vicini anche i negozi di alimentari, un supermercato Conad e tutto quel che serve. Ottimo rapporto col proprietario, gentile e molto sollecito a rispondere alle nostre richieste e a fornirci qualche oggetto per la casa mancante. Per tutta la vacanza abbiamo avuto gratuitamente il pass per parcheggiare sotto casa e nelle vie limitrofe. La casa ha quasi tutto (portatevi un fon e chiedete prima a Giacomo); ottimi gli elettrodomestici (grande frigo, lavastoviglie, forno, lavatrice). Nella camera al primo piano c'è un condizionatore molto efficiente, nelle due superiori due macchine simil pinguino, ma già collegate all'esterno con un foro nel muro (per avere fresco, tocca accenderle per un po' quando si è in casa, perché le camere superiori sottotetto si scaldano e il bagno superiore ha un lucernario non schermato). Solo un consiglio a Giacomo: nell'annuncio specificherei che le due camere mansardate, per quanto alte al centro, non sono adattissime per gente di una certa età, soprattutto se alta; ci si deve chinare per raggiungere le finestre a livello terra e entrambe le camere hanno una trave dopo l'ingresso a un metro e 70 cm. Io sono 1.80, mi sono accaparrata la camera al piano inferiore :-))) Comunque una bella vacanza, in un paese che non conoscevamo, molto vivibile e carino.

Tolle Lage, viel Platz

Eine angenehme große Wohnung, ideal für mehrere Leute durch die 2 Stockwerke und 2 Bäder. Tolle Lage, nah am Meer, am Spielplatz und an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit!

stupenda vacanza a cecina; appartamento pulito, spazioso in ottima posizione, cordialità e disponibilità da parte del proprietario. Ottima cittadina, si mangia bene soprattutto rist. Olinto con l'annesso stabilimento Armida attrezzato ottimamente x i bambini e spazioso, cosi come ristorante dei bagni Olimpia. Cittadina vivace. Vacanza da consigliare sia a famiglie che a compagnie di giovani.

Empfehlenswert - All OK and all fine

Die Wohnung war in keiner Weise zu beanstanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Zentral, strandnah und doch ruhig. Einen Parkplatz hat die Wohnung nicht, aber öffentliche Parkplätze finden sich in der Nähe, und unter der Woche findet sich auch in der Straße ein Parkplatz. Der Vermieter war freundlich, korrekt und stets gut erreichbar. Wir haben nichts zu kritisieren und werden gerne wiederkommen. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern da, es hätten aber auch mehr sein können: Die Wohnung hat drei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und zwei WC/Duschen. Die Ausstattung mit Töpfen, Besteck etc. ist gut, man braucht wirklich nichts mitzubringen. In English: Everything was OK and we will come back again.

Bella vacanza a Cecina

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 19 al 27 luglio, l'abbiamo trovato perfetto per trascorrere la nostra vacanza. L'appartamento è fornito di ogni necessità per garantire la comodità del soggiorno. I locali sono spaziosi, ben arredati, adatti anche a due famiglie come eravamo noi, con anche due bambini piccoli. La scala interna permette di avere la propria privacy per ogni famiglia. Vicino l'appartamento si trovano i negozi di alimentari ed il mare è a due passi. è sicuramente una soluzione da tener presente per un altra vacanza a Cecina.

Joli appartement, situé dans une maison au coeur de la ville, très propre et meublé d'une façon moderne et soignée. Au 1er étage: cuisine aménagée, petit balcon, une chambre et une salle de bain. A l'étage: deux chambres mansardées et une salle de bain. Proche de tous commerces et à cinq minutes à pied de la plage. Séjour hors saison agréable, mais ville un peu vide à cette période de l'année (mai). Propriétaire disponible.

"Appartement entièrement refait a neuf,spacieux (3chambres, 2 salle d eau), tres propre, dans une ruelle typique et calme, a deux pas de la plage et de tous les commerces. Seul "petit bemol", prévoir une machine a café filtre. A conseiller les yeux fermés!!!"
