  • Podere Nuti is a farmhouse with five independent apartments. The garden, sunbathing area, barbecue, and pool are shared among the five apartments and the owners, who live on the property and are very discreet. The pool is open from May to October 20, from 10:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00, and is not heated. Wi-Fi is available outdoors in the common areas; it is not available inside the apartments.



    'Podere Nuti – 4 Lauro' is on the first floor, measures 45 m², and includes a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. It accommodates up to 4 guests. Amenities include air conditioning, TV, and a baby crib.



    This apartment exclusively offers a gazebo with a table and 4 chairs, reserved for guests staying here. In the shared area, you will find a large garden, barbecue, children's play area, and a sunbathing space next to the pool.



    Located in Cecina, about a 10-minute drive from the sea: Cecina Mare with its beach clubs and restaurants, and the long free beach of Mare Donoratico. The water park is 15 minutes away, shops are 10 minutes away. Florence and Siena are about 90 minutes, Volterra 50, and Pisa International Airport 60 minutes by car. The property offers private on-site parking for 1 car. E-bike charging is available for an extra fee. Pets are allowed for an extra fee and have plenty of space to roam.
