"Clean room "

"I was very disappointed with my stay at the Segovia Studio unit. The room looked nothing like the photos that were posted online. When I arrived, the walls had visible mold and the entire room had a very strong musty, moldy smell that made it uncomfortable to stay there. There was also no hot water during my stay, which made basic things like showering very difficult. Another issue was the lack of proper windows or ventilation, which made the room feel even more unpleasant. Overall, the condition of the unit did not match the listing or expectations at all. I would strongly recommend that the property address the cleanliness, mold, and maintenance issues before renting the unit to future guests. "

"Disappointing! The room got flooded every night and there was a puddle half way across the room. We informed the staff and they didn't care. We had to put towels down and clean it ourselves every day. The curtains were moldy and it smelled. Don't be fooled by beach resort-you cannot go on the beach or swim there, too dangerous. Very misleading. Make sure you pay for everything when you get it and don't do a room charge because they will add things on, we caught them a few times and they apologized. Way too overpriced for an outdated so called beach resort. We wouldn't recommend it to anyone we know. "

However the neighborhood, walking to find a place to eat, was so gross with garbage on the ground. I wanted to clean off my shoes. Unless you can afford old town prices, there are compromises. "
