"Having just spent two nights at this wonderful hotel I can easily understand why just about every review here is 10 out o10. This is a fantastic almost perfect hotel. The owners, a sweet young married couple, are clearly utterly devoted to this hotel and every touch has their signature. The stay was perfect, the room wonderful, cozy and comfortable and they cannot do enough for you. 11 out of 10!"

"This is an excellent choice for seeing Saumur. It is in an old building with a lot of character.     "The hotel is very charming and located in a quiet part of town in an old stone building. Check-In was easy. The owner is very nice and extremely helpful. The room was confortable and clean. The quality of the breakfast was outstanding. Croissants, crepes, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, specially made coffee, eggs on request and much more. The service in the breakfast area was wonderful as well. We will definitely return. "
