Incredible villa with a beautiful view

Three of us stayed here for a few days before heading to Avignon and the villa was amazing. We were a few hours late checking in due to a late flight and lost luggage, but Franca was very accommodating to our situation. The villa was very clean, beautifully decorated with an amazing peaceful view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Getaway

This is a beautiful home, very comfortable, quiet, well appointed, and exactly as pictured and described in the listing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. One minor issue was that there wasn't enough toilet paper supplied and the property owner did not respond to our messages. It wasn't a problem picking up our own but we were concerned by the lack of communication. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend it.

If I could give this property 100 stars I would. Group of 3 besties celebrating our 50th bdays this year. Host, Franca is lovely, attentive and always available. The home itself cannot be beat! Modern, luxury living/amenities. Safe, gated and quiet area. Views of a lifetime. Cafes, markets - all within a 5 minute drive down the hill. Pampelonne Beach (the best in St. Tropez, in my opinion) is an iconic and picturesque 30 minute drive up the coast. Thank you, Franca for allowing us to experience your amazing home!!

Breathtaking Hilltop Haven

Franca's villa in the hills of Cavalaire is nothing short of spectacular. The property is immaculate, with interiors that seem plucked from a high-end design magazine - truly a dream come true. The stunning views, beautiful pool deck, and expansive, superbly equipped kitchen made our stay unforgettable. The villa boasts three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and an enormous living area, all finished to the highest standards. Franca herself is an incredibly attentive and helpful host, ensuring our stay was perfect. We've been visiting this region for 30 years, and never have we had the pleasure of staying in such an exceptional property. The combination of luxurious amenities, breathtaking views, and Franca's hospitality made this our best experience yet. Impressive villa with a stunning view

The view from the villa is amazing. Watching the sun rise over the hills and water is the perfect way to start a day. The villa has all amenities you require and the host responds quickly to any requests. There is ample parking for several cars and they are secured by a gate. It is possible to walk to the centre but it is a long and hilly walk. Good for keeping fit. Not overlooked by any other properties you can enjoy the poolside area without concerns. The whole experience was tranquil and relaxed. Things to note if travelling from the UK, bathrooms have no doors as is typical for french houses and the hot water is supplied by a large tank so need to plan if having 2 or 3 showers in a day with 5 guests. Would highly recommend the villa to anyone interested and I hope to return soon!

Amazing Home & Incredible Views

We stayed here as a group of six (three couples) and it was perfect. Loved the location which was quiet with incredible views, but still accessible via car to st tropez or the towns and villages nearby. The home was incredibly decorated and the view is amazing. Franca was a great host as well and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Very lovely property with beautiful view and pool area

Property was lovely, quiet and well appointed. There is one very large bedroom and two medium sized bedrooms. All have adjoining bathrooms. As Americans we found the lack of doors on the bathrooms a little odd, but manageable. Only other consideration is that property owner/manager doesn’t speak any English and hasn’t had any instructions written in English. So, if a non French speaker, bring a translator app.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit tollem Blick

Das Haus liegt super schön und ruhig mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Der Außenbereich lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen am Pool ein. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Hauptzimmer hatte ein großes Kingsize Bett, die beiden anderen Zimmer sind mit kleinen französischen (140) Betten ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen wie sauber das Haus übergeben wurde.

ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten das Glück, zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem sehr schönen, hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus verbringen zu dürfen. Alles was für uns zu einem entspannten Aufenthalt beiträgt, haben wir hier erhalten, sei es Kommunikation, Sauberkeit, sehr gute Matratzen und eine angenehme Vollklimatisierung. Tolles Haus mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Wir haben 2 schöne und erholsame Wochen in Francas Traumhaus verbracht, das aus nahezu jedem Raum einen tollen Blick auf Cavalaire und das Meer bietet. Das Haus selbst ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Aufgrund der Lage am Hang waren wir sehr froh, unsere EBikes dabei gehabt zu haben. Franca ist eine freundliche, entspannte und zuverlässige Vermieterin. Die Kommunikation mit ihr und die Übergaben haben wunderbar funktioniert. Fazit: auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert 😌!

Wir haben mit unseren 4 erwachsenen Kindern einen superschönen Urlaub in diesem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist traumhaft.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit in diesem Traumhaus. Franca war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet. Super entspannter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Freundlicher Empfang, kurze Begehung des Hauses und exakte Einführung in die Technik. Danach startete ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Das Haus ist ideal für eine Familie, das es über ein extrem großes Elternschlafzimmer und zwei recht kleine Schlafzimmer verfügt. Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Töchtern und deren Freunden und alle waren überaus zufrieden. Für 3 Paare wäre es vielleicht ein bisschen zu eng. Ein großes Plus war, dass alle Zimmer ein En Suite Duschbad hatten. Vom Elternschlafzimmer und von einem der kleinen Zimmer betritt man auf den großen Balkon mit tollem Blick Richtung Hafen. Das Erdgeschoss ist riesig mit einer hochwertigen Ausstattung und verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und vor allem mit ausreichend vielen Tischen und Ablagen, Drei Ausgänge führen auf die teilweise überdachte Terrasse, wo ebenfalls eine Lounge, ein großer Essplatz und 5 Liegen zur Verfügung stehen. Der Pool ist fabelhaft und der Blick über die Landschaft Richtung Meer einfach grandios. Die Küche ist ebenfalls groß und top ausgestattet mit großem Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Leider Icemaker aber wir bevorzugen ohnehin die großen Eiswürfel-Packungen aus dem Supermarkt. Ansonsten hatten wir alles wir brauchten. Zwei Waschmaschinen und ein Trockner befinden sich im Hauswirtschaftsraum, der an eine weitere Dusche mit WC grenzt. Vom Haus gelangt man in 5 Autominuten zum Bäcker Leone und zum großen Carrefour Markt, wo es auch eine Tankstelle gibt. Zur Plage de Bonporteau läuft man am besten gemütlich in 12 Minuten (es gibt kaum Parkplätze). Unser Lieblingsstrand war der große Plage de Pardigon, den man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreicht, ein großer Parkplatz befindet sich ca. in der Mitte des Strandes (Google Maps: Parking Plage du Pardigon). Wir haben uns in dem Haus zu jeder Zeit unglaublich wohlgefühlt und die Ruhe der Umgebung sehr genossen. Unser Hund hat sich über kilometerlange Laufwege durch die duftende Macchia gefreut, die nur wenige hundert Meter vom Haus entfernt waren. Schöner kann man es im Urlaub nicht haben. Danke Franca!!!
