VILLA PHILIA DE CAVALAIRE Here is a large and elegant air-conditioned villa for your family holidays, with Mediterranean and refined decoration. The pool is heated in season. Quiet, secluded. The equipped kitchen offers you all the possibilities of cooking according to your aspirations, you will find there all the material which you will be able to need.
The 4 bedrooms are spacious, equipped air conditioned ....
The garden offers a green and exotic greenery (palm, oleander, lemon, lavender, jasmine, mimosa etc ...) ... The pool is secure and heated on defined period ....
The villa is located near the beaches and the center of Cavalaire.
In season, a free shuttle service (located at 50m) serves the whole bay

INCLUDED : water/electricity/conditioner/1 cleaning of pool per week (saturday) and bedlinen

Un séjour merveilleux dans une villa très confortable dans un environnement calme et agréable à vivre !Idéal pour un séjour en famille!Tout est fonctionnel et très bien pensé !Le plus: la piscine chauffée d’une dimension juste comme il faut tout comme l’espace extérieur et son terrain de pétanque qui a ravi toute la famille.La supérette de proximité réponds à tous les besoins et évite la course au supermarché.Les plages en contrebas sont les plus chouettes de Cavalaire.

Traumhaftes Haus

Sehr schönes Haus. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit hier verbringen dürfen. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet vom Föhn, TV, Wlan usw. Die Klimaanlage war perfekt. Alles was man braucht. Der Pool war sehr gut temperiert und hatte uns und unseren Kinder sehr viel Freude bereitet. Ein Supermarkt liegt auf dem Weg zum Strand und ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Nachbarn waren sehr ruhig sodass man den Urlaub genießen konnte. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und können die Unterkunft nur wärmsten empfehlen. Vielen Dank

Tolles Ferienhaus zum wohlfühlen

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Villa in schöner Lage

Wir haben die Wohnung mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern bezogen. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter hatte man genug Platz, besser ist es allerdings wenn man die Terasse und den Garten mitnutzen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, sodass uns nichts gefehlt hat. Bei kleineren Problemen konnten uns Vermieter und/oder die zuständige Dame der Hausverwaltung relativ schnell aushelfen. Man kann relativ schnell nach Cavalaire-sur-Mer (Strand-Promenade) fahren und auch die umliegenden Dörfer sind gut zu erreichen. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous louons cette splendide villa et ce n'est pas sans raison! Été ou hiver, je suis toujours plus que ravie de passer une semaine dans cette magnifique villa ! La villa est grande, d'une propreté impeccable (j'insiste sur ce point, la maison était vraiment très propre). Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux. Elle est idéalement située, proche de la mer et du centre, dans un cadre de rêve et très calme. Nous avons pu nous détendre avec la piscine qui est très bien entretenue. La décoration est de très bon goût. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Les propriétaires sont disponibles, tout s'est bien déroulé sans aucun soucis. Mon mari et moi-même recommandons sans hésitation cette splendide villa!

Des vacances merveilleuses dans une maison de rêve

La maison était parfaite. L'équipement avec tout ce dont on a besoin et même plus que cela. La réception chaleureuse, la gardienne toujours a notre écoute si cela était néssecaire. Nous venons de passer des vacances si reposantes avec les enfants, la grand-mère et le chien que nous avons prévu d'y retourner l'an prochain. Il n y a pas de mieux à Cavalaire!
