Vue magnifique dans une maison un peu usée

La maison est très bien située sur les Colines de Cavalaire et offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine et la possibilité de se garer directement sur le terrain. La cuisine est bien équipée. Ce qui nous a moins plu : La maison n'était pas très propre quand nous sommes arrivés - nous avons d'abord dû passer l'aspirateur dans le séjour et dans la chambre, la terrasse était aussi pleine de feuilles mortes. Les meubles du séjour sont très usés. Mais nous avons quand même passé de superbes vacances !

globalement ok, mais les murs des chambres à coucher étaites salis avec des insectes écrasé et la hotte dans la cuisine était très sale!

verouderde woning, vuile kelder, vaatwas niet geleegd, mieren in keuken, op terras, oude vuile zetels in de living, BBQ niet proper (vuile BBQ vork lag er nog bij), muggen met bloed erbij hing nog aan de muren in de slaapkamer, verf bladert af in slaapkamer, huis rook muf, zwembadwater troebel

Enttäuscht

Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut nicht überein, das Inventar vom Haus ist veraltet und teilweise defekt, der Putz blättert in einem der drei Schlafzimmer von der Wand ab, Moskitonetze über den Betten hätten uns wesentlich besser durch die Nächte gebracht, Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, sodass wir gezwungen waren, die Fenster und Türen nachts offen zu halten. Der vor Ort Service war zumindest bemüht uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewähren, Möbelstücke wurden getauscht. Danke dafür

Vétuste

La maison est spacieuse, les extérieurs vraiment conformes aux photos et la vue magnifique. Malheureusement, les équipements sont vétustes, les canapés inconfortables et bien fatigués, la vaisselle dépareillée, voir ébréchée. A l'étage, la porte de douche est au milieu de la fenêtre ! Certaines peintures sont écaillées... Si vous voulez Internet, prévoyez 5,60 €/jour !!! Pour le prix, nous nous attendions à une autre qualité de prestations. Bref, nous ne réitérerons pas.

Idées de rénovation pour être excellent !

Peinture piscine et grille de filtration du fond à fixer. Préciser que c'est une filtration à électrolyse dans la documentation (eau salée) Hotte et cuisinière gaz à changer. Prévoir un tapis anti dérapant dans la baignoire pour les enfants et personnes âgées.
