Wunderschöner Urlaub in einer tollen Lage mit herrlichem Meerblick, ca. 2km von schönen Stränden entfernt.Haus , wenn auch schon etwas betagt, sehr ansprechend und mit üppigem Platzangebot...lediglich der Müll in der Küche hätte vor unserer Ankunft entfernt werden können....Anfragen wurden per whatsapp schnell geklärt....einziges Manko: die Verwalterin des Objekts ist weder bei der Anreise noch vor der Abfahrt zur Übergabe erschienen und hat uns dafür per whatsapp mitgeteilt, wir hätten das Haus in einem unsauberen Zustand verlassen, was uns sehr verwundert hat. Wir haben alles besenrein hinterlassen und einer ihrer Mitarbeiter ist am Abreisetag sogar mit mir alles durchgegangen und da war noch alles ok...seltsam, woher sie tags darauf solche Äusserungen hernimmt...wir haben einige kaputte Möbel und einiges mehr bei der Ankunft festgestellt und auch Fotos zur eigenen Sicherheit gemacht....kann ich nur jedem Urlauber empfehlen...auch daß die Mülltonne nachts von Wildschweinen geplündert wurde! Ich frage mich, wofür in der Buchung ausdrücklich ein Betrag für die Endereinigung fixiert ist, wenn die überhaupt nichts sauber machen! Die Frau (C,). mit der ich per whatsapp mehrfach Kontakt hatte, scheint mir gar nichts zu machen...hat sich bei der Ankunft krank entschuldigt und vor der Abreise nur einen Vertreter geschickt. Trotz allem und, wenn man die Verwalterin C. ausser Acht lässt, war es für uns alle ein herrlicher Urlaub, den wir alle sehr genossen haben

Beau séjour dans une belle maison familiale

Nous avons passé un beau séjour chez Laurent. Très bonne communication avec Laurent et Cathy qui nous a préparé la maison avant notre arrivée. Ils ont été disponible et arrangeant. La maison est plutôt sur un 4 chambre car la 5eme chambre est une mezzanine sans climatisation (indispensable l’été). La piscine est sécurisée pratique avec les enfants. Petit bémol : Nous n’avons pas trouvé la maison très propre mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un super séjour

Maison spacieuse et parfaite pour une grande famille avec une superbe vue

Très bon séjour ! On a juste regretté d'avoir dû quitter les lieux un peu rapidement (9h45 au lieu de 11h) pour laisser les deux personnes faire le ménage et apprendre en fin de séjour des consignes sur les poubelles ou les draps à retirer etc ...et se le faire reprocher d'une manière peu diplomate !! Elles nous ont tout de même permis de laisser dormir notre bébé un peu plus dans le studio !C'est dommage ,car sans ça nous partions ravis du séjour !!

Ferienhaus nahe St Tropez mit Meerblick

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Meerblick und Pool. Küche gut ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach ist allerdings sehr klein und nur über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen.

Une belle maison bien située mais dont la propreté laisse a désirer ...

Une grande maison avec toute les commodités, un très bel extérieur avec une superbe piscine avec vue sur la mer, très calme à 5 min en voiture du centre. Malheureusement la maison n’était pas propre ( toiles d’araignées dans tous les coins, baies vitrées très sales, le sol n’avait pas été aspiré, etc...)et dans un état relativement vétuste ( notamment les salles de bains, les fenetres, ...) On ne s’attend pas à cela quand on loue à ce tarif ...

Das Fereienhaus ist toll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Es war alles perfekt vorbereitet, als wir kamen und die Zimmer sind alle sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Gut ausgestattete Küche und viele nützliche Küchenhelfer. Tolle Terasse mit Blick zum Meer, wir konnten fast immer draußen frühstücken! Sehr ruhig gelegen, man erreicht aber alle wesentliche Geschäfte innerhalb 3 Kilometern.

Superbe maison familiale!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison de Cavalaire. La maison est très spacieuse et l'emplacement idéal, à quelques minutes en voiture de la mer et du centre ville. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine avec sa vue plongeante sur la Méditerranée.

Maison charmante avec vue imprenable sur mer

La maison est situé dans un parc agréable et calme, sur les collines de Cavalaire. Typiquement de style provençal, elle a du charme et est nichée dans un jardin qui laisse une belle part à la vue sur la mer. La cuisine refaite récemment est fonctionnelle. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais confortables. La pièce à vivre est spacieuse et donne sur le jardin avec cette magnifique vue sur la mer et les collines environnantes... Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait que la maison soit au calme dans la verdure mais pas éloignée de la mer. Cavalaire enfin est une ville balnéaire assez familiale mais proche pour ceux qui veulent plus d'animation de St Tropez....

Nous avons vécu un merveilleux séjour dans cette jolie maison très calme, avec une vue magnifique. La maison correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Tout est propre et en bien entretenu. Communication avec le propriétaire aisée et fiable. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. A recommander absolument!
