Great place

We've had a wonderful time and a great vacation. The house is beautiful and the garden was perfect for relaxation and for our daugther to play. Olivier is a very kind host and we've enjoyed our stay! I can highly recommend.

Excellent comme d’habitude !

Quel plaisir de retrouver la villa de nos vacances à Cavalaire! Depuis plus de 11 ans nous nous y rendons ( avec une interruption de 3 ans notamment suite au Covid ). Nous avons vite repris nos habitudes dans cette magnifique maison que nous connaissons par ❤️. Le jardin est également splendide et la piscine, remise à neuf, est toujours si agréable! Au plaisir d’y retourner très rapidement !

Super schöne Wohnung mit Pool

Wir haben als Familie, 2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Teenageralter einen schönen Urlaub genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöne Wohnung. Pool wurde mehrmals in der Woche gereinigt. Das Wasser war schön klar. Als wir ankamen, haben wir uns über den Kunstrasen amüsiert, da bei den Bildern in der Ausschreibung der Außenbereich so schön begrünt war. Aber Kunstrasen ist total klasse, angenehm zu laufen, kein Schmutz an den Füssen …Was auch klasse war und wir bei anderen Urlauben oft hatten: es gab hier keine Stechmücken. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles recht neu. Moderne Bäder. Schöne moderne Küche mit tollem Zubehör. Da wir 5 Personen waren, schlief eine Person auf der Ausziehcouch. Diese war sehr bequem und hatte die Qualität eines normalen Bettes. Das Esszimmer haben wir wenig genutzt, da es schöner war, außen zu speißen. Der Außenbereich ist im Lauf der Jahre viel schöner geworden. Es wächst über dem Sitzbereich ein schöner Baum, der auch Schatten spendet. Ebenso steht im Außenbericht ein super Grill, den wir fast jeden Tag benutzt haben. Das Haus liegt abgelegen und ruhig. Zum Meer sind es ca. 300-400 zu laufen, einfach gerade die Straße runter. Der nächste kleinere Supermarkt ist ca. 500 entfernt. Meer und Strand waren auch sehr schön, feiner Sand, viel freie Fläche zum Liegen. Übergabe des Schlüssels hat bestens geklappt, alle sehr freundlich. Rundum nur zu empfehlen.

excellent séjour

Cela fait 4 ans que nous séjournons une quinzaine de jours dans l'appartement "platane" - Location digne de sa gamme ! En effet, très bon accueil - belles prestations (intérieur et extérieur décorés avec goût et soin) - Très bonne literie. Il est indéniable que les propriétaires souhaitent le bien-être de leurs locataires... Très rare de nos jours ! L'an prochain nous reviendrons en juin et septembre.

Un appartement calme et très joli, avec piscine

Nous sommes une famille avec deux enfants (4 et 6 ans) et nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques! L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et situé calme avec un jardin très grand et soigné. Dans la villa se trouvent 3 autres appartements. Les propriétaires sont très gentils - ils n'habitent pas loin. Nous voulons revenir...

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans l'appartement 'Platane'. Il est situé dans une villa aménagée en 4 appartements.La co-location a été bien étudiée car chacun dispose d'une entrée indépendante et il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis. Il est bien équipé et très bien décoré par les soins des propriétaires ainsi que toute la propriété ! Nous avons rarement rencontré une telle propreté ! La terrasse est très sympathique et offre un accès direct à la piscine. Le cadre est très vert et fleuri...et on y séjourne surtout au calme. La plage, les premiers commerces et restaurants sont rapidement accessibles à 500m à pieds. Le centre ville et le port sont à environ 1,5km. Nous recommanderions cette location aux vacanciers qui souhaitent se reposer à la piscine, aller à la plage et bénéficier de la proximité d'un petit centre ville animé le soir.
