Enttäuschend und irreführend

Die Unterkunft wird als charmantes Bauernhaus mit privatem Strandzugang angepriesen, doch dies entspricht nicht der Realität. Es handelt sich um ein Appartement, umgeben von mehreren Nachbarn, was in der Beschreibung verschwiegen wird. Trotz expliziter Suche nach einem Haus wurde uns diese Unterkunft angezeigt. Mit zwei Hunden hatten wir bewusst versucht, Nachbarn zu vermeiden, was jedoch nicht möglich war. Der "private" Strandzugang wird mit vielen weiteren Gästen geteilt und führt zu einem im Sommer überfüllten, öffentlichen Strand. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig: Wir mussten sowohl Geschirr als auch Besteck reinigen und Hundehinterlassenschaften im Garten beseitigen. Einige Räume waren feucht und muffig, und es gab viele Moskitos, da keine Fliegengitter vorhanden waren. Einziger Pluspunkt war die charmante Inneneinrichtung, die tatsächlich stilvoll gestaltet war. Allerdings wiesen einige Sitzkissen mehrere Dreckflecken auf, was den positiven Eindruck stark trübte. Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft weder der Beschreibung noch dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Internetauftritt ist irreführend, da es sich nicht um ein Haus, sondern um ein Appartement handelt. Fazit: Trotz hübscher Inneneinrichtung enttäuscht die Unterkunft auf ganzer Linie und wird den Erwartungen keineswegs gerecht.

Das Haus ist wunderschön ebenso wie die Lage. Für mich war der Strandzugang aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht möglich, aber für Gäste ohne Probleme ist es leicht möglich. Leider war die Küche nicht in einem Zustand wie ich ihn mir gewünscht hätte, aber das ist Anspruchssache. Die Wände würde ich heller streichen, damit es freundlicher wirkt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr genossen, die Wohnung ist ein Idyll und cavalaore hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir empfehlen Plage Maria Viva.

Un petit paradis

Nous avons passé une semaine hors du temps dans ce havre de paix. Ce lieu a un charme fou et la maison invite instantanément à la détente absolue, à quelques pas de la plage, bien à l’abri entourée par la végétation méditerranéenne. Top Unterkunft

Top Lage mit Privatzugang zum öffentlichen Strand Bonporteau (3 min). Gelände ist umzäunt und somit optimal für Reisende mit Hunden. Innerhalb des Geländes, in dem auch die Vermieterfamilie wohnt, ist man abgeschieden von Lärm und Trubel des Zentrums von Cavalaire. Trotzdem liegt es sehr gut: Supermärkte innerhalb weniger Gehminuten, das Ortszentrum mit Restaurants ist nur unwesentlich weiter. Das Haus ist gut in allen Belangen sehr stilvoll und komfortabel und gut ausgestattet (Küche, Terrasse, Wohnräume). Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.

Très belle propriété .Equipement complet, jolie décoration et bon confort de la literie. La partie terrasse est idéale pour les soirées d' été .Au calme dans un joli cadre de verdure, nous avons été réveillés le matin par le chant des oiseaux. Accès à une jolie plage en 5 minutes à pieds par un chemin privé .Un fois installé, tout est accessible sans véhicule (plages/commerces...)situation idéale.

Himmel auf Erde

In diesem Domizil stimmt einfach alles. Hier werden alle Träume wahr. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich, vorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Ihre Familie ebenfalls. Sie hat uns auf dem Weg dorthin medial begleitet und sehr schnell auf unsere Anlegen reagiert. Das Anwesen ist unbeschreiblich schön. Das muss man sehen und erleben. Das Haus ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind paradiesisch. Das war für uns der schönste Urlaub und wir kommen wieder. Vielen lieben Dank 😘😘😘

Spacious and great location

Excellent place to stay! The location is great- a quick 5 minute trail walk to the Bonporteau Beach, and about 10 minutes to the city center, with the Carrefour being even closer. We were also surprised and thankful for the abundance of toys. The ample space inside and out, with the enclosed patio and yard make this a great rental for kids. The layout is very spacious and private, this is a rental for the upper floor of a home. Each room has its own shower and sink, and there are two toilet rooms, one with an additional sink. The host was great and very easy to work with.

Wunderschönes Haus, nah vom Strand & charmante Zimmer!

Wir waren 5 Personen (ein Paar, 1 Baby, 3 Singles) zwei Hunde und eine Katze und wir haben das Haus sehr genossen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und es war alles nötige Material in der Küche vorhanden. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Jedes Zimmer hat ein sehr schöne eigene Dusche. ein Zimmer auch eigenes WC. Ein Zimmer hat direkten Zugang zum Garten. Garten und Terrasse sind nicht direkt verbunden. Garten ist eingezäunt. Ideal mit den Tieren (Kleinkinder). Auch im Garten Schlafmöglichkeiten, welche wir auch genutzt haben, Aussicht auf die Sterne der Mond, herrlich. Mehrere, sichere Parkmöglichkeiten. Tolle Gegend; nah vom Strand, nah von Dorfkern, Geschäfte & Markt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

Charmantes Bauernhaus in Cavalaire sur Mer

Tolles Ferienhaus, direkt oberhalb vom Strand gelegen ( Plage de Bonporteau ) mit einem privaten Weg zum Strand. Das Haus gehört zu einem abgeschlossenen Komplex mit mehreren Wohneinheiten, hat einen dezenten eigenen Garten, ideal für unseren Hund, eine riesige Terrasse, von Olivenbäumen beschattet. Das Haus ist groß genug für zwei Familien mit Kindern oder 8 Personen. Wir hatten eine tollen Urlaub, wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Parfait!

Nous avons passé 15 jours en juillet 2011 et nos conseillons. Il s’agit vraiment d’une très belle location. Idéale pour 6 personnes. Vous serez dans un calme absolu à 5 ou 6 minutes à pieds de la plage de Bonporteau. La maison est parfaitement équipée ( voir suréquipée) et rien ne manque. Les propriétaires sont très charmants, discrets et néanmoins très disponibles en cas de besoin. La maison est composée de trois chambres avec 1 salle d’eau pour chaque chambre, 2 toilettes, 1 vaste salon salle-à-manger, nombreux rangements et une grande cuisine ou il ne manque absolument rien (frigo américain, plaques de cuisson, four, micro ondes, etc). Il n’y a pas 1 terrasse comme spécifié sur l’annonce mais 3, avec tables, chaises et transats.
