In a secure, upscale residence, beachfront and just steps from shops. On the 1st floor (no elevator), air-conditioned living room with a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and the harbor. Equipped kitchen with access to a balcony.

Bedroom 1 (air-conditioned): 1 double bed (140 cm); two bunk beds / access to the terrace.

A shower room with toilet.

Bedroom 2 (en suite): 1 double bed (140 cm), a shower room with washing machine / access to the balcony.

A shared swimming pool.

Free parking space within the residence.

Amenities: dishwasher; washing machine; Nespresso machine; parking space; swimming pool.

Additional services payable on site:
