Appartement dans son jus, Année 70, idem pour le mobilier.
Chaises de salle à manger éventrées, prises de courant mural danger, les baies vitrées ne se ferment plus, table à repasser à jeter (honteux), lave linge 2Kg (c'est mieux que rien)
Que dire de la propreté... à l'image de l'appart !!!
Location chère pour la prestation.
Point positif : bien passé par rapport à la mer et au port.
La terrasse agréable, quoique avec le nouvel immeuble en construction le vis à vie sera très désagréable.
