Upon arrival- met by client manager Monica who was so lovely- very helpful and couldn’t do enough to assist with any issues or questions. She showed me the accomodation- A great little retreat - very private and secure, quiet and close to all Sth Yarra has offer. Tram at your doorstep as are all the shops. Big screen tv with Netflix and all cable channels. Full kitchen and bathroom- Upon check out-Mami on reception was very friendly and helpful. Thankyou ladies for putting a smile on an old dogs...

Had a wonderful stay at the Oaks on Lonsdale. We couldn't have picked a better location. Just around the corner from the Princess Theatre, where we attended a show. Two minute walk to tram stop no. 10 where Tram 96 and 86 stopped and the City Circle tram. We used the Trams to take us to the far end of Bourke St. Which is just across the road from the Sky Bus terminal to the Airport. We had a one bedroom on the 20th floor with a balcony, with a lovely view. it was a lovely size and very clean....
