The apartment has three spacious bedrooms. The first is composed of a French double bed and a cot, the second is composed of a double bed and a cot, the third bedroom has a French double bed (total 8 beds) Two of the bedrooms have balconies, while one has a window. The kitchen, also with a balcony and very bright, is large and very well equipped and also has a dishwasher plus various utensils. The windows have double thermal cuts for good soundproofing and with automatic shutters and mosquito nets. Depending on the number of people and the period of the overnight stay, towels and sheets will be assigned. The apartment is in an elegant area of ​​Catania with a subway under the house that allows you to move immediately and reach the center in 10 minutes. The apartment also has a private and monitored parking space at a cost of 13 euros per day. It has everything you need for a nice holiday with friends or family. The area has all the commercial services (supermarkets, bakery, banks, post office, bar ...). Among other things, a few steps from the house there is one of the most famous bars in Catania for chocolate and ice cream: C&G. Easy access to Catania and great location

This property had everything you would need for you stay and had the subway right outside front door. The building itself is outdated and dirty in the main entrance and there are a lot of dogs that bark inside but we managed quite well. Great communication with host and items were addressed quickly. The apartment could use electrical upgrades as we trip the fuse box numerous times and had to go downstairs to reset it. Overall we would use this location again as the small issues were far outweighed by the positives.
