Beautiful building, charming staff

We stayed in a delux triple room with balcony which overlooked the street. Large airy room with the most fabulous ceiling. Plenty of sockets. Aircon worked well. Double glazed balcony doors cut out any noise. Super comfy beds, great quality sheets. Spacious bathroom, cleanliness was excellent. We were greeted on arrival by Kunal, he kindly explained the locks, keys and security features for entering and leaving yhe building, then showed us to our room. What a charming, patient, friendly man who made us feel valued as customers

The staff were amazing. The down side was the room set up and the air conditioner. They way the ac was facing was to the stairs going down to the bathroom so any cold air coming from the unit went down there first. The unit didn't function properly and the 2nd room didn't have a fan and turned into a sauna. Despite this everything else was great

Ótima localização e bom atendimento

O atendimento da equipe é excelente. A localização também é boa. O quarto que ficamos não tinha TV e isso foi um ponto negativo. Outra questão é por ser perto de regiões de bares, a noite é um pouco barulhento. Não ter elevador também, para quem está com malas, é um pouco desconfortável. Não tem limpeza todos os dias. Mas o atendimento da equipe é muito bom. Rápido, eficiente.

Struttura ottima nel cuore di Catania a pochi passi dal Duomo e dalla maggior parte delle bellezze della città. Personale davvero educato e disponibile gestisce la struttura senza far mai mancare nulla. Pulita, ordinata, con il giusto spazio per le aree comuni. Peccato non abbia un parcheggio dedicato ma girando nei dintorni si trova sempre un posticino. Occhio però alle aree dedicate al mercato! Spesso mal segnalate possono creare problemi o brutte sorprese. Soggiorno.... voto 10!!!

Premetto ho già discusso con L host molto gentile tra l altro che per me un televisore in camera è fondamentale tralasciando il soffitto basso che per uno alto 1.88 che soffre di claustrofobia non è il massimo meglio mettere nelle note no tele soffitto basso e uno si regola per il resto centrale quindi ok

First of all I want to thank them for waiting for us and for reminding us about the late chek-in fee. The property is in an old but beatiful and well maintained buidlung. The room was stylish and very well furnished, modern bathroom. A common kitchen with coffee, fridge, plates and cups. The staff were very polite and welcoming and even though we hardly made it before the end of their regular business hours, they stayed and made sure to show us everything before they left. The girl at the reception spoke very good English (a rare thing in Italy). Alibus from the airport stops just 5 minutes away from the property. Great location in the heart of Catania! Grazie mille, ragazi!
