Se trata de un b&b, con una gran falta de limpieza

El b&b esta cerca del centro, sin embargo la forma de acceder al mismo es bastante complicada a la par que sucia. Nuestra habitacion estaba llena de moscas y el baño (compartido) en un estado lamentable. El dueño fue muy simpatico, pero la calidad pesima y el estado de baño, habitacion y entrada asquerosos.

Con mia sorpresa ritengo che come b&b è veramente pessimo non hai un entrata indipendente ,ma devi passare dalla cucina ,dove la famiglia è riunita è fino a qui tutto potrebbe andare bene, ci si adatta ,ma con nostra sorpresa più volte ci siamo sentiti a disagio per il chiasso e il correre nel corridoio ,per non parlare dello sbattere le porte la mancata pulizia del bagno.Ribadisco che io avevo prenotato per 2persone ,e al nostro arrivo mi è stato detto che 1era gratis?Bastava semplicemente dire che non c'era posto giusto?Poi il proprietario si è reso disponibile per venirci a prendere quando noi eravamo già alla fermata dell'autobus,ed adesso ci recrimina che come minimo avremmo pagato 25€ di taxi

Ma dove siamo capitati.....

Ci siamo fidati dei commenti di Hotel invece di vedere su TripAdvisor.GRANDE SBAGLIO.Dopo aver comunicato telefonicamente più e più volte l'urgenza di entrare in camera il prima possibile, il proprietario si presenta dopo 2 ore di attesa sotto il sole. Incavolati neri, ci mostra la casa. Entrati nel portone, ci fa entrare in un vicolo, usciti nell'antrione interno (MOLTO FATISCENTE) saliamo strette scale prima di entrare nell'appartamento vero e proprio. Un appartamento che sembra abbandonato o cmq non curato. Quì ci dice: "la camera non è pronta". Se non per necessità, saremmo andati via di corsa.. senza guardarci dietro. OK, ci passiamo sopra. ci fa accomodare in una camera provvisoria. Il bagno piccolo e sporco, nero di umidità e i sanitari non igienici e arrugginiti. Lasciamo stare. Dopo aver preso la nostra effettiva camera, ci accorgiamo che le lenzuola non profumano di pulito e ci sono capelli nel letto, abbiamo pensato che non le avesse neanche cambiate. Tiriamo l'ultimo sospiro, facciamo il segno della croce sperando che non prendiamo malattie e trascorriamo la notte vestiti e sopra le lenzuola. La mattina alle 7 arriva il proprietario e con molta indifferenza inizia a parlare a voce alta fuori la porta della camera per mostrare l'appartamento ad un'altra coppia. La mattina inoltre ci ha chiesto se gentilmente lasciavamo la camera per le 11.00 poichè l'aveva affittata ad un'altra coppia quando noi siamo dovuti entrare alle 15.00 perchè la camera era ancora occupata.

Soggiorno a Catania

Posto fantastico, in una struttura ottocentesca ben restaurata, curata nei dettagli, nel cuore della città a due passi dal duomo, in grado di far vivere sia il riposo che cerca una famigliola e anche la movida notturna catanese.

piú che una stanza un basso

Indiscutibile la gentilezza e la disponibilità del titolare, ma... L'appartamento assegnatomi era a livello strada e benché in un vicolo già dai primi momenti ho iniziato a comprendere la vitalità del luogo, una rumorosità dovuta al passaggio di auto e motoveicoli mi ha accompagnato per tutta la notte. Con un,intensità incrementata dalla necessità di mantenere aperto un finestrino per il raffrescamento e la circolazione di un po' d'aria. La colazione era costituita da due brioscine senza marca e la disponibilità di caffè e caffettiera. La pulizia, adeguata all'ambiente. Sono sopravvissuto, ma mi sono anche contestato "con 30 € cosa vorresti pretendere di più?" visto che di norma un parcheggio notturno ti costa tra i 15 ed i 20€! Quindi queste mie considerazioni non devono essere considerate come una negatività x la struttura, ma come un limite riconducibile ad un normale rapporto qualità / prezzo.

Bien pour une nuit de passage, il était indiqué air conditionné, ors ce n'était pas le cas, télévision dans la chambre, mais ne fonctionne pas, petit déjeuné inclus, mais ce sont des sachets de petit "gâteau" à prendre das l'armoire.

No breakfast, no designated parking. Misleading!!

Breakfast was make your own coffee and a box of Twinkie things in a cupboard, so the full breakfast ad was a complete lie. We had to wait about 25 minutes outside on dark street before someone came to let us check in, and no invoice was available (but he did write receipt). Nice staff, but this place was hard to spot and not honest in its advertising.

Belirttikleri adrese gittigimizde cok eski ve yerlesim yeri olarak kullanilan sidik kokulu bir bina ile karsilastik. Bina duvarinda otelin adi yazdigi halde otelin bulundugu yer belli degildi. Konaklayamadik. Cok magdur olduk.

eine saubere, nett eingerichtete Unterkunft mit einer leider etwas unkomplett eingerichteten Gemeinschaftsküche. Um sich zum Frühstück Kaffe zu kochen hat man nur 2 winzige italienische Kaffekocher zur Hand; es fehlen Teller usw. Wir hatten ein etwas dunkles Zimmer (auf den Innenhof hinausgehend). Positiv die zentrale Lage nahe Fischmarkt udn Castello Ursini. Gerne wieder.

Zum Übernachten sehr gut geeignet.

Für jemanden der nur ein Zimmer zum Übernachten benötigt ist dieses Hotel gut geeignet. Das Hotel ist eher eine Pension. Es hat eine Gemeinschaftsküche und mehrere Zimmer. Eine Rezeption gibt es nicht, aber der Besitzer ist telefonisch schnell zu erreichen. Einchecken und Auschecken sind sehr unkompliziert. Unser Zimmer und das Bad waren staubig. Die Duschkabine ist sehr schmal und hätte eine bessere Pflege und Reinigung bedurft. Für das Geld und da wir das Zimmer nur zum schlafen benötigt haben, waren wir zufrieden. Die Lage zum Stadt-Zentrum war nah (ca. 5 Gehminuten zum Piazza del Duomo).

avevo prenotato una piccola camera ma al mio arrivo data la disponibilita'il titolare ci ha dato un mini appartamento(interrato)che e'stato di nostro gradimento.la posizione e'ottima dato che si puo'visitare tutto a piedi,pero'attenti che il centro storico di catania e' simile a napoli.comunque a noi nessuno ha dato fastidio.la colazione scarsa,il letto ed il resto comodo e nuovo.consigliato.

La location e' fittizzia bisogna attraversare non so quanti stabilì per arrivare poi in questo loculo senza luce! Il proprietario prende i soldi ti mostra dove puoi trovare merendine e caffettiera e scompare! Di iamo che si può trovate di molto meglio e magari il proprietario potrebbe impegnarsi un po' di più!!
