"Loved this hotel. Staff was excellent. We rented a car, so the valet was great being able to pull up right in front of the hotel, drop the car off there, and they parked it for us and got it for us each day. Great location, walking distance to many of the Catania sites. "

And we booked several months in advance! We had to quickly find another accommodation (far from what we anted in terms of quality) for an early flight from the Catania airport next morning. Terrible! I would give minus five points. Expedia was great help, though. Its representative gave us 150 One Cash points that we used right away for another hotel. "

"Our stay in Catania was great. The hotel manager went above and beyond helping us on multiple occasions. The area and views from the hotel were less than scenic but a short walk away was the dining, shopping, and historic areas. It was a little unnerving to find the hotel lobby door was locked on the inside so we could not exit without the desk clerk and his key when leaving early."
