"We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and keep coming back because it’s clean, the staff is always friendly, and it’s easy to get to and conveniently located near where we attend events. This visit, there was a slight odd smell in the room, but nothing major and it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Would still recommend and plan to continue to book here"

"The hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The kitchen has basics and work well for breakfast and lunch. Close access to Moody Street is great for dinner. The room was very clean and the staff provided towels and sheets as needed. The only thing that could have been improved was booking and checking in. The hotel only opens bookings a few weeks at a time, which makes planning ahead a little bit harder. Our call to ask a question about the hotel before booking was unanswered and we decided to stop by to see if they were open. We had to call a number posted at the door to find the staff member. However, once we connected with them it was great. We stayed three weeks and were very comfortable. "
