Cosy house "Elena", 2 storeys. In the centre of Castiglione della Pescaia, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, road to cross. Public parking on the road. Shop 250 m, grocery 450 m, supermarket 500 m, shopping centre 25 km, restaurant 150 m, bar 70 m, bakery 50 m, pedestrian zone 150 m, bicycle rental 500 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Castiglione D.P.-Stadio" 300 m, public bathing area 100 m. Sports harbour 20 km, sailing school 1 km, riding stable 4 km, cycle lane 500 m, children's playground 500 m. Nearby attractions: Cala Violina 15 km, Follonica / Punta Ala 20 km, Grosseto 22 km, Tirli 19 km, Vetulonia 23 km. Hiking paths: Parco della Maremma 40 km.
