"We had a very nice stay in this location. The owner Bettina was very helpful and responsive. The house is spacious and has a large garden. It is located towards the back of a gated community of vacation homes and villas with access to the beach. All we needed was available in the house, only the oven could need an update and some of the mosquito sreens should be replaced/repaired. We enjoyed our space and the hut at the beach. "+ Perfekte Lage, nur 30m an den wundervollen Strand, ruhig, sehr gute Ausstattung (Küche, Strandzeug), geräumig, netter Hausmeister, man ist schnell in Castiglione - Es müsste mal renoviert werden, Putz bröckelt auch innen, hinter der Couch schimmelt eine Wand, auch die Couch, welche muffig und alt ist. Insgesamt nicht sauber, muffig, Grundreinigung erforderlich: Türen schmutzig, Teppiche gehören gereinigt oder ausgetauscht. - Eher düstere Atmosphäre, für kleine Kinder unheimliche Dekoration...

"Wir (Ehepaar) waren zum zweiten Mal ab Mitte September für 10 Tage in dem Haus und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen, v.a. der schöne uneinsehbare Garten und die ruhige Lage. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden, gute Töpfe und Wasserkocher auch. Nur Besteck war etwas knapp bemessen. Der überdachte Carport ist hoch genug für VW Bus."

The owner met us at the property to let us in and explain the location and amenities, which was wonderful. She was also very helpful with local tips and advice about things to do nearby, and made sure to let us know that we could reach out if there was anything we needed, which we did.
