This was the first Quinta we stayed at during our 6 week holiday throughout Portugal and was the best experience of our trip. Our room was a traditional stone cottage, very comfortable and clean. Lovely historic rooms and building in amazing location with the old fort and 360 degree views

This was a faultless stay. The front desk staff went out of their way to give useful information about the town and things to do in the limited time I had. It's in an ideal position to go up to the church on the hill as well as for walking around the old town or down to the waterfront. Very modern stylish rooms (in an understated way) Very good range of food for the breakfast too!

Great location and comfortable room for an overnight stay. Next to the train station so some noise.

Excellent stay. Location was convenient, quiet, room was very clean and the included breakfast had a good variety of options. There was no problem leaving bags in a locked area both before and after checkout. I've recommended for friends if they visit.

interior was quite plush & unexpected from the outside. Breakfast was great

Stunning buildings and furniture. Huge bed room with massive marble bathroom. The best room we have yet stayed in Portugal. Staff were friendly and informative. The food, especially the light evening meal prepared especially for us was superb. Cant rate highly enough. Grounds are part way though a significant renovation and will be a match for the house when complete.
