There are two bedrooms within the main house (one on the ground floor and one accessed via a wooden spiral staircase), as well as two further bedrooms (accessed externally) located on the first floor of the owner's house, one of which is a small attic bedroom suitable for 1 or 2 children.



Outside, the property is surrounded by holm oaks and walnut trees and enjoys views of Château des Milandes. The private secured pool, (10m x 4m), is equipped with an automatic coverage for temperature maintenance and a summer kitchen adjacent to the pool offers convenient facilities.

The hamlet of Lasserre overlooks the valley of the River Dordogne and enjoys a direct view of the Castle of Joséphine Baker "Les Milandes". You will find the nearest shops in Castelnaud (5.5km)
