"Great location close to lots of exploration and 3 min drive from super market and the cutest little village for restrairants and a gorgeous pizza at Picu. We stayed in a two bed family apartment and was lovely eating breakfast on the lawn overlooking nature and the pool. Note that the other family apartment overlooks the cars so maybe request the nicest one. We got lots for our money BUT the pool area does need some investing in with paint falling off and looking generally a bit scruffy. But it was clean and lots of space!"

"We had an excellent 1 night stay. The hotel is located in beautiful setting among the Tuscany hills with an easy 40 minutes drive south of Florence. IThe property sits an olive orchard directly below to a picture perfect Chianti vineyard. The views of the Tuscan hills at sunset and sunrise were spectacular. The registration process was quick and easy. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. He walked us to our room to make sure we were happy with our accomodations. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the view of the Tuscan hills through the olive trees was pretty. After a bit of exploring in the August heat, we settled into the hotel bar for a cold beer and light snacks. The nice young lady who served us, Sophia, was so friendly and eager to chat with us about our travel experiences. We had dinner at sunset on the hotel terrace. The food, wine, and service were all excellent, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast on the terrace was also excellent with plenty of fresh, interesting, and tasty choices. It was a memorable 5 star hotel in every way."

"Stayed here for 4 nights in July, 2026, with my brothers-in-law, their spouses and two teens. We had a perfect time! Very hot but the pool and the a/c throughout the villa made it all very comfortable. The surroundings are gorgeous, and location was great for ease of access to stores, restaurants, sites and mile after mile of beautiful countryside! We visited a few wineries, ate and cooked to our hearts content, and enjoyed every moment. Gianni and Valentina were wonderful, responsive and very friendly. We thank Gianni for sharing his insights to help us have a very special time. Our visit to Volterra was especially memorable. Thank you!"
