"We booked a suite/connecting rooms, and it was surprisingly spacious. There was plenty of room for all our things (and the girls' various outfits!) without us feeling like we were tripping over each other. The location is a major win for families. It’s a very easy 10–15 minute walk to the train station, which gives you direct, hassle-free access to the heart of Venice in no time."

"This review speaks only to the location and room accommodations. The conglomerate rating of Exceptional is completely false and rigged. While the property and room were clean, the room was not comfortable for the fact that the AC was not working while the weather was quite warm along with the TV. The front desk seemed not to care with sharing our experience. If you want to open the windows for air, you are greeted with the noise of the drug dealings and lawlessness outside all night under the window across from an abandoned building. While convenient to the train station it is absolutely not safe to be outside the area starting in the early evenings. Our taxi driver said the area is very problematic with the immigrates who mmonopolize the area. So the rating, in my opinion is paid for as no one would want to stay here and give an exceptional review. No way!"

"Nice room though Very small room. Cleani was okay...i found some hairs in it too. I requested a taxi to the airport at 3.30am. My friend told me it doesn't matter the time the price is 35Euro. The receptionist told me because if the time it is 45 Euro. When i arrived at the airport tye driver demanded 70Euro of which i had no choice but to pay. Scam!"

"Hotel was in a great location and was extremely clean. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was lovely, although would have appreciated some variety with the hot option."

"There was no AC because it is still considered to be the winter in April. And keep the windows open let flies inside. "

"L’employée qui nous a servi lors de notre arrivée n’était pas de bonne humeur et ne souriait pas du tout. Rien ne nous a été expliqué et nous avons dû nous fier à nous mêmes. La salle de bain de notre chambre n’était pas très propre. J’avais l’impression d’être dans une toilette publique de chez McDonalds. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement. Je n’y retournerai pas!"

"Clean, modern hotel tucked away down a side street. Quick walk to Venice Mestre Station where trains into Venice were extremely frequent. Breakfast was simple but delicious and food items replenished quickly. Room was spotless, bathroom and beds excellent. I would stay here again."
