  • A fully equipped apartment (45m2) located in the Treumal Center residence, in a beautiful and quiet environment, ideal for families and couples. It's located about 150 m2 from the famous Cala del Pi and other beautiful beaches and beaches, such as Cala Belladona, Sant Jordi or Beach Rovira, all accessible on foot in just a few minutes. The city center, the promenade and the large beach are a 15-minute walk away.

    The residence has a beautiful garden and a fantastic swimming pool for adults and a swimming pool for children. It has showers and sun loungers. It also has a community barbecue.
