"Pros: Lage am Wasser. Da der Strandabschnitt eher am nördlichen Ende von Platja d'aro ist, hört man abends keinen Tourismus-Lärm. Die Mitarbeiter (sowohl die Vermieter als auch der Portier) waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unproblematischer Check-In, obwohl wir verspätet ankamen, reibungsloser Check-Out. Cons: Das Gebäude ist teilweise etwas hellhörig (Gebäude aus den 60er/70er Jahren), die Nachbarn über uns konnte man hören, wenn sie mit Schuhe gelaufen sind oder etwas heruntergefallen ist."

"L’appartement est nickel, rien a dire sur ce sujet. Sauf que sous équipe en ustensiles de cuisine. Manque beaucoup de choses pour pouvoir en faire un minimum.Point négatif, place de parking inaccessible pour une voiture comme une Renault Rafale. Donc gros problème de stationnement et coût important à cause de cela. Place de parking ne peut accueillir qu’une petite voiture style Clio. Cela devrait être signalé à la location."

"First of all, we arrived at the building and it was absolutely freezing in the building and in the apartment. All the blinds were down so the beautiful morning sun could not have warmed the place up. Luckily there were several space heaters and the wall unit that heated the place up after a little more than an hour. The pipes under the sink in the bathroom started leaking in the first hours. Pere came over and fixed within a few hours. The glasses in the cupboard and some pots were dirty....

Wir haben gedacht das wir die Kaution bar bezahlen können ,das es aber nur über Master/kredit Karte ging fanden wir nicht so gut , dann das wir uns online ein checken mussten war auch nicht gut. Wenn sich jemand mit online einchecken nicht aus kennt der steht dann blöd da .Und das niemand im Büro war egal welchen tag oder Uhrzeit .klar wenn die sommer Saison um ist dann könnte man wenigstens nur paar stunden dort sein oder bestimmte...

"Erreur de Bâtiment au départ (de la part de l'agence) intitulé "Nautic" alors que c'était le Cannes Gros Problème à l'arrivée au studio; le badge d'entrée principale du bâtiment le "Cannes" ne fonctionnait pas cause était démagnétisé . Aucun accompagnant d'agence sur les lieux pour l'état des lieux et deux allées et retour à l'agence de l'occasion (25 km) pou régler le problème de badge d'entrée. Sinon la suite des vacances OK."
