"We stayed here for 2 nights in early October 2025. It’s not the fanciest hotel but it has a great location. The bed was hard. Pillows were good. Great shower with hot water! Loved that our balcony opened up with a view of the lake. Lovely shops and dining all around. If you want more of a budget friendly stay in a good location close to the ferry then this will work well for you! "

"We arrived a bit early and we’re not allowed to receive the Ticino Ticket until check in (barely an hour plus later), which would have saved us money we had to pay for Public Transport. To be fair, we were allowed to leave the bags in the office, so that at least helped. Not a bad walk to the train station; the bus station is across the street. AC system had to be restarted due to recent repair to a neighbor unit, but once it was up it worked like a charm!"

"The hotel is without a reception and receptionists, but don’t be alarmed it is very innovative and easy to use. I have seen a lot of hotels and the state of this hotel is mindblowing. "There were ants on the Floor of the room and the furniture was very 80’s like. Also the walls and celings was very thin and you could easily hear your nabour. So very basic indeed. But, the staff was very nice, but had a hard time understanding basic english. The sourroundings and pool area was very nice and quite. The hotel is situated within 10 minuts walk of city square of Menaggio and the ferry port. But overall, compared to the Price level of hotels in Menaggio, it was very good. "
