"We arrived at the house for check in and we discovered a very dirty house. When we booked the house, an amount of 200 was listed for cleaning fee so it was a surprise when we saw the state of the house upon arrival. We would be using the down floor as we were 10 and we had to end up carrying the mattresses upstairs and wash the bed sheets in order to be able to sleep due to the horrible smell. "The villa is in a perfect spot near to the beach and the tram stop and also the main road to Alicante N332 .. The Host was really helpful and communicated all of our stay to make sure everything was ok. The pool was lovely and clean and the villa was perfect for a family holiday "

"This Villa is situated at the top of a Very steep hill, so steep 4 out of 5 taxis would not take us up there and no taxis would come to pick us up. The brochure says it is a 5 minute walk to the beach it does not say it is a nightmare climb on return! No one we spoke to ever walks up that hill and my wife certainly couldn't. "Die Lage ist sehr schön. Soweit war es ok.Leider war die Ausstattung vom Haus nicht so prickelnd. Das Geschirr und Besteck ist alt und verkalkt bzw.rostig.Die Gläser sind unansehnlich und lassen sich nicht mehr reinigen. Die Abläufe von Dusche ,Wanne und Waschbecken stinken da keine Geruchsverschlüsse vorhanden sind. Ebenso stinken die Auflagen von den Sonnenliegen ,weil sie noch nie gereinigt worden sind in den letzten Jahren. Baulärm war die ganze Woche über vorhanden ,weil überall neue Häuser...
