Great location. Don't go half board if you're expecting a buffet. There's a limited menu and service is slow even when quiet so factor in minimum of 2 hours for dinner. If you're a picky eater, go bed and breakfast or check menu beforehand. I enjoyed breakfast however if a hot breakfast is a must then be mindful that even the hot section is not hot. Factor in a minimum of 2 hours for dinner if you do decide to go half board. Air conditioning in our room wasn't working even after it was meant to be fixed so was difficult to sleep. Personally I was disappointed overall in this Melia hotel as I was comparing it to the one in Torremolinos which was amazing in every way. With hindsight I would have booked the Melia Alicante which was next door. The Innside is definitely a downgrade

This hotel was a real find! The location of it was fantastic. Right next to the Marina and 10 mins walk into Alicante town which had so many restaurants and bars that were really nice. We had a sea view room and the hotel was so clean and had a relaxing vibe about it. The team there really looked after us. Special shout out to Elena, Lourdes and especially Yamila.

We are in Costa Blance for 16 days and had a 3 night stay at the Innside, Melia hotel in Alicante. The hotel was wonderful, clean, modern, service oriented and we would recommend it to all.

Great hotel, easy to get to from airport on the C6 bus, stops right by the harbour. Staff were great, helpful and friendly, got checked in a good bit earlier than expected Location great for everything, around the port and town centre. Breakfast was very good Would recommend highly

We loved the pool area it was amazing. The breakfast was fantistic and we had sea bass for dinner one day it was delicious. The one negative we had, were the fancy drinks we had would never be the same from day to day or staff member. The reception staff was fantastic and helpful every time we had a question. The cleaning staff never stopped working and the place was spotless. We were so happy to leave are luggage there after checkout before our flight a very nice service.
