An American vine pergola connected to a small porch of 12 square meters, equipped with table and chairs, is the access to the entrance door, open which, through a hallway is accessed: on the right of the master bedroom,
with double bed and 2 single bunk beds, front the bathroom and on the left the living room kitchen with sofa bed. There are: autonomous heating, safe, air conditioning, LCD TV with clear satellite decoder. The kitchen is equipped with pots, dishes and other basic accessories. The electric oven is present. The floors are in terracotta waxed, while the ceilings are made with exposed rustic tiled floors and chestnut beams. Both in the kitchen and in the living room are two large sliding windows with burnished glass windows, opening up to the garden. The interior fixtures are in wood as well as the exterior doors. Garden of 600 sqm, equipped and independent, fully fenced with high wire mesh cm 180 and hedge in laurel laurel. Indoor or outdoor covered car park. In the garden there is a small structure in which a full bathroom has been created with all the services you need .. Personal Barbeque. Garden furnished with sun loungers.

The "Campi al Mare farm" is immersed in the flat green of the Etruscan coast, between Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci and Donoratico, among olive and fruit plantations. The buildings dating back to the mid 1800's have been restructured to offer comfort and respect the Tuscan rural style. The main feature that distinguishes it is the individuality of each villa, with large private spaces for single-family use and independent entrance. It is 4 km from the long sandy beaches, shopping centers and medieval villages rich in culture and typical restaurants. The pool is in use for the customers of the 5 houses. Pets are not accepted.
